The purging of the boiler superheater, reheater and its steam pipeline system is an important process before the new unit is put into operation. Various sundries in the pipeline (such as: sand, stones, whirling chips, iron scale, etc.), prevent the unit from overheating, reheater pipe burst and turbine flow part damage during operation, and improve the safety and economy of the unit. And improve the steam quality during operation. It should be emphasized that it cannot be expected that the blowpipe can remove all the sundries. First, the accumulation of sundries should be eliminated from the manufacturing and installation process, and the blowpipe can only be used as the last supplementary means.

Blowpipe quality standard:

1. The blowpipe shall be checked and evaluated according to the following standards: the blowpipe coefficient of each section of the superheater, reheater and its pipeline shall be greater than 1; a target plate shall be installed in the temporary exhaust pipe at the end of the blown pipe, and the target plate may be made of aluminum plate The width is about 8% of the inner diameter of the exhaust pipe and not less than 25mm, and the length runs through the inner diameter of the pipe; the number of cooling times in the middle of each stage of the blowing process is at least one, and the cooling time is greater than 12h; on the premise of ensuring the blowing coefficient, continuous Replace the target plate twice to check, the particle size of the scars: no scars larger than 0.8mm, the scars of 0.5mm to 0.8mm (including 0.8mm) are not more than 8 points, the scars of 0.2mm to 0.5mm are evenly distributed, and the scars below 0.2mm are not counted , the target plate is qualified twice in a row, that is, the blowpipe is considered qualified.
2. When using the two-stage method of blowing, check that the main steam pipe blowing is qualified, then blow the reheater and its pipes, and check the blowing quality is qualified. When the one-stage blowpipe is used, the blowpipe quality of the main steam and reheat steam pipelines should be checked separately, and they all meet the standard requirements.
